Steve Tate founded BCT in 2006 to assemble professionals who shared his dedication to national security and desire to collaborate in solving tough technical and business challenges in an environment that valued the contributions of every individual. From the outset, Steve focused on developing high-performance teams that could deliver results in completely new ways. His encouragement of idea generation from across the company led to a vibrant innovation culture that infuses both technical execution and business management. Steve believes that with the right people working together, challenges are projects, not problems.
With this foundational philosophy, he created BCT's balanced business portfolio focused on real solution delivery. His ability to deliver solutions that work for Government clients is rooted in experience built during a Government career that included designation as a Senior Executive and encompassed roles in technology, engineering, intelligence, and business management. This experience complements previous leadership roles in companies including The Windermere Group , Lockheed-Martin, OAO, and TRW. Steve holds M.S. degrees in Business Administration/Finance, Economics, and National Resource Strategies/Industrial Engineering, and he is a Senior Acquisition Graduate of National Defense University.
Dr. Myron Cramer is BCT's Chief Technology Officer as well as the company's co-founder. Myron combines an unquenchable curiosity and eagerness to do everything more effectively through technology with decades of hands-on experience in applying new technical solutions to improve results in business and Government environments. Myron serves as a unique mentor to BCT's technical personnel, assisting them in building technology skills and delivering practical and useful solutions in the execution of Government programs.
He has worked with the BCT staff in delivering advanced solutions in cloud computing, big data, autonomous computing, high-performance data analytics, virtual networking, cyber security, and collaboration, among many others. Prior to founding BCT with Steve Tate, Myron was one of the founding business managers at The Windermere Group and held executive positions with SAIC, Booz, Allen & Hamilton, and ARINC Research Corporation. He also served as a faculty member at the Georgia Tech Research Institute, where he led investigations in Competitive Information Technologies and their relationship to Government and business initiatives. Myron holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Physics from the University of Wisconsin and a B.S. in Physics from the University of Notre Dame.
